Guided By Professional
Expertise And Lived Experience

Berta Kaguako is a Health and Social Care Consultant with
experience across mental health, psychotherapy, substance
misuse services, safeguarding, and community wellbeing.
Alongside her professional background, Berta brings lived
experience of navigating complex health challenges, creating
a coaching environment grounded in empathy, understanding,
and practical support.

From an ethnic minority Background

Living in the UK

Living in the UK

Able to commit to programee sessions

Interested in iproving Mental Wellbeing

Important Note

This coaching programme is not a substitute for crisis intervention, emergency mental
health services, or clinical therapy.
